Prior to founding Ju.Lia Print Design, Julia worked as an architectural designer over 10 years in a numerous renowned design offices including Mark Foster Gage in NYC, Studio Fuksas in Rome, Zaha Hadid Architects and SOM in London. Her extensive, high-profile international experience has made her an adaptable and creative designer with strong digital design skills.

Her love for patterns and colours turned her into a surface pattern designer and her inspirations and process are undoubtedly very much influenced by years of architectural design experiences. She strongly believes that a well designed pattern with beautiful colour combination can bring a great joy to the users.

Julia was born in Seoul, South Korea, lived and worked in New York, Rome and London. She received her Bachelor of Architecture at Cornell University in New York and Master of Architecture at the Architectural Association in London.
